Outlook bombing out during startup

Adam Raff

Good Day,

I am running Outlook 2003 on a clean system. I have installed all the
latest patches so I am running SP1.

Out of the blue I am getting errors during the start up of outlook

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Application Hang
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 3/13/2005
Time: 2:31:22 PM
User: N/A
Computer: ADAMXP2
Description:
Fault bucket 103910118.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
Data:
0000: 42 75 63 6b 65 74 3a 20 Bucket:
0008: 31 30 33 39 31 30 31 31 10391011
0010: 38 0d 0a 8..

When I go into safe mode it seems to work fine and my other apps seem to pop
up also. If I do a reinstall/repair, things seem to work fine for some time
then it happens again.

Thanks
Adam

Hi Milly,

Can you give me a little bit more to go on. We are using Exchange 2003. I
am not really sure how to create a profile when using Exchange. I am aware
that when you create a pst file you can have other profiles at least that
was the case in Office 2000.

Do you mean delete my local account on my PC and then create it again on my
PC which includes my OST file?

Thanks
Adam
