outlook bcm problems with word

I'm using outlook with business contact manager to send out a mailshot that is designed in word. It seems to be sending OK however the word document is being chopped off across the top and left hand side. Any ideas as to why this is?

You mean in layout in the message body? A Word document with a Page Layout
is not a direct representation of how the HTML version of the document will
look like. A HTML layout doesn't have page margins; those are only added
when printing or when you specifically create them in the HTML layout.

So it would be wise to change the word document to html first then add it as html?

Or simply change the view of the document to Web layout so you can see what
it looks like while composing.
