Outlook Autoarchive Defaults

Does anyone have a way of setting the default autoarchive settings to all
folders in a user's mailbox? And when they create a new folder have those
settings applied? I assume it could be a check when outlook starts to apply
the default archive settings to all folders. I have 300+ user's with
numerous folders that they need to set the archive for automatically.

Any sample code would be appreciated.
