Outlook attachments are INCREDIBLY SLOW to open.

It can take as long as 4-7 min. to open a simple HTML attachment. Most
problematic with Word attachments. No problems with PC. Disk not
fragmented. No viruses, worms, trojans, etc.

Do you receive a lot of Word attachments? Try emptying the cache:
