outlook and outlook express

i was using outlook on my windows xp, and i mistakenly hit a buttom making my
outlook express my default mail carrier. HOw do i get my old outlook back
with all my saved emails and the inbox i was working with? Thanks in advance.

Goto start ->run ->outlook once it opens outlook you would get a prompt to
default outlook as the default E-mail client.
if it doesn't then goto control panel ->internet options ->programs under
E-mail drop down and select Microsoft Outlook and click ok.
