Outlook and Global Calendar

Running EX5.5, clients are a mix of Outlook 98, 2000 and 2003.
Have a Global Calendar in the Exchange public folders.
Now the weird part.
When a new appointment gets created, some users see the event correctly, ie
an all day event for that day.
Other users see the all day event spread over 2 days, with the start time
being 12:00pm on X and the end time being 12:00pm next day.
Any one know a fix or at least why this is happening?

Check the time and date and time zone and daylight savings time on all
servers & workstations to make sure they're correct & match. Check in
Outlook (tools | options | calendar options | time zone) as well.
