Outlook allow meeting conflicts to be accepted as the same meeting

I tend to get invited to the same meetings by different people. If I chose
not to accept one I will not receive any changes or updates that person makes
for that meeting. Currently I accept both and just have a duel listing in my
calendar. It would be helpful if I could accept the second notice as the
same meeting, thus combining them in calendar.

Outlook 2007 + Exchange will take care of this, I think, by cutting down on meeting request clutter.

For now, it sounds like you need to go by the old maxim, "There are seldom technological solutions to psychological problems" and figure out why different people are inviting you to these meetings and see if maybe they can coordinate their actions a bit better.
