Weird situation. We have an Exchange 2003 envioronment with 1000
mailboxes. Each user uses Outlook 2002. One user is getting emails
sent to her that are not meant for her mailbox. She is in the To
field, but the sender did not intentionally send it to her. When
looking at the senders Sent items, this person is still in the two
field but the sender still claims they did not add her to the list.
Anyone can make an error and accidentally add someone to the To field,
but this has happened numerous times from numerous different mailboxes.
I cannot believe they are all sending this one person emails by
mistake. There does not seem to be a common thread between the Senders
or the other intended recipients. Has anyone heard of this before.
Outlook issue or maybe Exchange issue?
Thanks
