outlook 97 at 100% cpu

I'm running outlook 97 with windows xp. I have 2 users on
the PC. for one user cpu usage never gets beyond 105 when
using outlook. For the other user, cpu usage goes to 100%
when using outlook. I need to terminate outlook via task
manager.

MAPISP32.exe is using all the CPU. How to I fix this
problem?
