Outlook 6.0 Spell check only in French

I upgraded to Office 2007 quite a while ago. I had not been using Outlook
until recently. The spell check only works in French when using Outlook. I've
seen a lot of complaints about this when I Google the problem, but so far, no
solutions. Has anyone figured it out? One person said that Office 2003 had to
be reinstalled, but that makes no sense to me.

Any help would be appreciated!

Your problem is actually with Outlook EXPRESS, not Outlook.

You can download a third party spell-checker to solve the problem.

Partly correct. You can install the English proofing tools ONLY from prior
versions of Office. (That's a very small part of the whole Office
installation...)
