Outlook 2007

When I close Outlook 2007 it all seems to close down but will not restart.
When I look at Task Manager Processes I find that the first instance of
Outlook is still there with about 40% CPU useage. If I shut down this process
I can then restart Outlook. Any ideas as to why this happens.

From experience, I think you'll have a better chance of a reply if you
include your problem in your heading e.g. Out2007 wont restart but still on
CPT useage.
