Outlook 2007 Won't Open in Vista Home Premium

I just got a new Dell 420 a month ago. Run Vista Home PremiumEverthing was
fine. Now I cannot open Outlook 2007 from quicklaunch, desktop or start menu
locations. Outlook will sometimes open in safe mode.

All other office applications ar OK.

I ran the 2007 Office repair disc. and even went back several earlier
system restore points. Still cannot open.

what error message do you get or what happens when you try?
