Outlook 2007 - where to file message files

Candace

I'm using Outlook 2007. I am migrating to a new computer and need to move a
large amount of emails. I tried exporting and then importing, but because I
have so many emails, a large portion of them did not export/import. I would
like to copy the actual folder where the emails are located, manually copy
them to the new computer, where I will later go through them to see which
ones I will discard. Where can I find the folder(s) where all of the emails
are kept? Again, exporting and importing a backup file is not the solution
here because of the number of emails involved. Also, going through the emails
on the old computer first is not an option. Your help would be greatly
appreciated.

Exporting and importing is never a solution because it causes both Outlook
Profile and data corruption. Here's everything you need to know:

The number of emails has no baring on Import/Export, not that either method
is advised to connect old data
