Outlook 2007 Time Problems

I have noticed two problems with Outklook 2007 relating to time:

1) Email rececived in the inbox from one of my accounts shows as received
approx. 3 hours into the future yet when I open the email message the time
received is correct. I have checked the server that processes this second
email account and the time is correct there as well. So for some reason, the
Outlook 2007 Inbox is reflecting an incorrect received time for one of my two
accounts. Any suggestions?

2) When I set a due date with reminder time in Tasks, the Reminders window
reflects the wrong "Due In" time. For example, I have a task that was due at
today with a reminder at 8:00 AM however when I turned on the computer today
at 9:00 AM, the Reminder window opens and tells me that this task is due in 7
hours, when actually it is 1 hour overdue. There is an 8 hour descrepancy
with Outlook Tasks Reminders.

For both of these time issues, the PC clock is right and all other time
functions work correctly. Just these two Outlook 2007 oddities.

Thanks for any assistance.

You have checked the clocks for accurate time...but you should also check
the Timezones on all of the systems involved. Also, Outlook has a Timezone
setting as well so that needs to be checked.

Thanks Tim and yes all time zones are set for Eastern Time in Outlook 2007,
Windows Vista and the email servers.
