Outlook 2007 Startup Issue

Installed 2007 Pro. Tried the automatic email setup and ultimately had to do
it manually. I am still left with the message:

Welcome to the Outlook 2007 startup wizard, which will guide you through the
process of configuring Outlook 2007

What Outlook is launched I am given the option to start in safe mode. I
leads to the same whit sceen with the Welcome message for yes or no. How do
I make this go away.
