Outlook 2007 signature gets overwritten when using .PRF file

Hi all,

Were about to upgrade to Outlook 2007 and have an issue where the users
call a batch file to force the connection to Exchange Server with a PRF
file.

The issue is that the users keep losing the signatures that they set every
time they launch Outlook via the PRF File. This is the only way they can
open Outlook as well.

Any ideas how to specify the signature during the configuration?

Thanks
Steven Jones.

they should only need to launch outlook once with this file... I think if
you append it, you might keep the sigs, otherwise the new acct will need the
sigs reassigned to the new acct.

In an ideal world that would be the case. But the users have a networked
Start Menu and have no desktop so only can access the shortcut that calls a
batch file that calls the Outlook.exe and imports the PRF file.

It's like this since the users only know they click on 1 shortcut and also
they roam around the campus.

So wondering if there is another way around this issue ??

thanks
Steven.
