Outlook 2007 RSS Sync Feeds not working

In Internet Explorer 7 RC1 I can subscribe to a feed. I used to be able
to have them show up in sync but now Outlook 2007 B2 will not pick up
the feed list. I can manually add the feed but I want to subscribe from
IE 7

I have the following selected in Outlook 2007 B2 and have toggled it on
and off, rebooted etc but no luck.
"Synch RSS feeds to System Feed List" does not seem to work.

Tried a repair on Office 2007 as well? There is still a lot of work being
done to the RSS capabilities of Outlook 2007. I wouldn't at all be surprised
if IE7RC1 and Office 2007 B2 aren't compatible at the moment as in
development terms they are miles apart. Things should be better in later
builds.
