outlook 2007 - mail received only shows email address no contact name

hey guys
this has bothered me for a while. I have my contacts in outlook 2007 address
book (also synced to my blackberry).
when i get email from some of the contracts it only shows their email addrss
not their name, but with others it puts the name + email i looked at the
contactsand it has display as John Smith (email adres)

any idea how i can make this work for those who are in my contacts?

the display names are taken from the incoming messages, not from your
contacts.
