outlook 2007 issue

I am used to having my newest emails at the bottom of the screen and

the scroll bar defaulting to the bottom as well. I cannot seem to do that

in Outlook 2007/

try changing the sort order - click on the field called Newest on Top to
switch to Oldest on Top
