Outlook 2007: inserting a text string into any writable area...

Drew

Hi all,

I have a very basic Outlook 2007 question: I would like to be able to
either via customized keystroke or pull-down menu within Outlook 2007
write a text string (example, "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy
dog.") into a selected area such as email subject line/body;
appointment subject/location/body; contact notes/phone/etc; note;
task; etc. What is the best way for me to achieve this?

Many thanks in advance.

Drew

Office 2007, including Outlook 2007, has a new function called Quickparts.
It's just what you asked for! It's on the Insert Tab, Quickparts. There's
sure to be loads of stuff on Microsoft's web site about ideas for using it.
