Outlook 2007 Inbox Wrong Time 2

Outlook 2007 continues to display the Inbox time 1 hour earlier than the
email was really sent. My computer (Vista OS) and Outlook are in the same
time zone, and I also used the DST patch from Microsoft. Any other ideas to
fix this?

There's another post about this. However, very few people are inquiring
online about this particular glitch. My setup must be wrong somehow.

I am having the exact same problem and I have not found any fixes. So, any
help would be great.
