i had the same issue with Outlook before and now again...
when i send an email with an attachment (through file), the email window
stays up for several minutes.
ex. i make a document or have a document open, i select Send to > Email,
enter the information into the fields, and press send. after a second or
two, the outlook portion of the screen clears off but the outlook screen
stays up. i check the sent items and the email has been sent. i go back to
the file, and the outlook email screen comes up again.
the issue started about three weeks ago, and i replaced the laptop this past
week. everything was fine for a few days and the issue has come up again. i
thought it was an issue with our server, but nobody else is having this issue.
i was using office 2007 with 32 bit vista home premium. it worked fine for
over year, without any issues. i am now using office 2007 with 64 bit vista
ultimate, and it started out fine, but now i am having the same issue.
any suggestions?
