I was in Japan when I set up an email account through my school using their
website portal for Outlook. When I registered all of the folders were in
Japanese Kanji. I assumed that was just because I was in Japan at the time.
However, when I got back to the US my folders were still in Kanji when using
the website Outlook portal and also when using Outlook directly from my
computer. I have no idea how to change this back to English. I dont even have
a Japanese language pack installed on my computer.

Thoughts?

Ok, tried it and thsi is the error message it gave me:

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. The command line argument is not
valid. Verify the switch you are using.

Scratch that! Ok, I was using resetfoldername instead of resetfoldernames.

So that worked for the outlook I have on my computer! That is great.
However, it is still in Kanji when I use the webmail portal from the school
website. I need to use this at home because all our email have to be over the
school network. If I email from home they just get put in an outbox until I
get to school and can send them.

Thoughts on that?

Thanks for the help!
