Outlook 2007 Error Msg

I have Office 2007 Pro, clean install, on a Vista Home Premium, clean
install, machine. The problem is that every time I click on "Reply" for a
message, I get the error message "The Add-in "Fax Extension"
(C:\WINDOWS\system32\fxsext32.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by
Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update
is available, please uninstall the Add-in."
There is no such Add-in listed in Tools\Trust Center\Add-ins, ergo can't be
uninstalled, nor is there any such file anywhere on this machine to backtrack
to a manufacturer. I can't find it and I can't make it go away.
Googling the file only references Outlook 2003 and I am reluctant to use
solutions from unknown sources.

Look at the posting "The Add-In "Fax Extionsion" cannot be loaded" in this
same group, and read the reply from PinoyinAbileneTX. Very simple and it
worked perfectly for me with exactly the same problem.
