Outlook 2007 & "Enter Network Password" Popup?

Has anyone that has been using OL 2007 experienced the "Enter Network
Password" popup windows? I was told by my ISP that it is an Outlook 2002
issue only. Can anyone dispute that? Thanks

I'm also seeing the same issue with Outlook 2007. The KB article to fix the
problem doesn't work.
