Outlook 2007 Email recipiants do not receive email

Since installing Office 2007, outlook mail list recipients do not recieve
emails. Half do, half do not. My husband is ready to put a hammer throught
the computer. Help!

Do you get a non-delivery message?
Set a delivery receipt for each email and see if they come back.
