Outlook 2007 email links disabled

The links in emails seem to be disabled, it appears to have occured after
recent updates were installed. When I click on a link within an email I get
the following:-

I keep getting the message - Contact Computer Administration - Links are
restricted on this computer for your safety.
I have tried to change internet setting, disable firewalls (MacAfee),
security settings and none of this has made any difference. I am at a loss
here.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem, does anyone have a solution to the
problem?
