Outlook 2007 Doesn't Remember Password

Wondering if others out there are wanting to join me in a class action
lawsuit against Microsoft for creating a product with this problem, then
putting the customer through absolute HELL to try to get support?

Navigating through the online help and the FOUR PAGE printed solution that
you have to walk through is absolutely ridiculous. ZERO help from their chat
support. ZERO help from email support.

These bastards should be put out of business.

I’m aware that Microsoft is tracking an issue with IIS7 and kernel mode
windows authentication.

Any info on the actual issue itself as well?
It's hard for people to join you if they are unable to verify that they have
the exact same issue.
