Outlook 2007 Default Program Issue

I'm running Office Professional 2007 Beta. The problem is Outlook will not
remain the default program for Email, contacts, calendar, etc. Everytime
Outlook starts, it asks to be the default program. I press "yes" and it
seems to work fine. Next time I start outlook, it asks again. I've manually
changed the "default program" associations, but that doesn't seem to help
either.

Could this be related to the UAC? I"ve tried turning off UAC, but as soon
as it's turned back on, same issue.

I know it is a beta and may be fixed in production release, but thought I
would ask.

Thank you,

So you're running it on Vista? Not all test versions of Office are
compatible with the test versions of Vista. You should indeed use the trial
versions of the released product instead.

Installed the trial version, with the same result. Is this related to Vista
Beta, and possibly UAC?

UAC has got nothing to do with it. The beta releases of Vista are
incompatible with the RTM version of Office 2007.
