Outlook 2007 Contacts Bug

When ever I try to add a new contact in Outlook 2007 and put in a phone
number, the "Location Information" for adding a dial-up modem pops up, and
the only way to get rid of it is to shut down outlook from the task manager,
otherwise it won't go away. As soon as I type in a number and then exit the
field that it is in, it pops up, and then I have to restart Outlook.
Therefore, I can't add phone numbers to any of my new contacts, unless I put
the number in the notes field.

I just went ahead and inputted my area code and that I did not need to type
any number to get an outside line and it never did appear again.

That's not a bug. You just haven't set your dialing location. Outlook always
prompts for that if you've forgotten to set it.
