outlook 2007 - Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last acti

Hi,

I know this type of thread has appeared before I have followed all the , regedit fixes, turning things on and off...but still get the error.

It only happens when i go to 'file' then 'import and export'... just cant export my folders at all, to back them up..

the BCM error logger has come up with two errors which are of significance but i have no idea to resolve them.

these are :-

E] [09:26:47.1314945]BCMRes: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
[E] [09:26:47.1314945]BCMRes: at Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.OutlookAddIn.ExplorerMenubar.moMnuFileImportAndExportStandard_Click(CommandBarButton Ctrl, Boolean& CancelDefault)


Any help would be appreciated...and a box of chocies any where in the world who can help...its doing my head in
