Outlook 2007 Blocked Senders List

What is up with the blocked senders list. I have added a number of entries
in each of the forms they specify and I continue to get spam from these same
addresses almost daily.

Has anyone else encountered this and if so how did you resolve it?

the blocked list is useless for blocking spam as spammers change addresses
all the time. Instead, set outlook's junk filter on high and make sure you
have the most up-to-date filter installed from windows update.

the better ones.
