Outlook 2007 Beta 2 and ActiveSync

G

Guest

I use a Pocket PC from Sprint and since I have moved to the Beta 2 with
Outlook 2007, I am no longer able to sync my contacts, calendar, tasks or any
other folder.

This is a major problem as the whole purpose behind using Outlook and a
Pocket PC is to be in constant sync with your information.

I have had to resort to printing my entire Contact list, Calendar for the
next 6 months, Tasks and Notes just to function.

Anyone have any idea how we can get around this?

Patrick,

Thank you for your quick reply. However, this did not work. I removed and
reloaded ActiveSync 4.2 and what happens is this:

It goes through the setup process and then once the sync begins, it shows
that it has XXX Contacts to sync, but then the ActivSync box minimizes and
never finishes although it appears that it is still running in my task bar.
When you look at the phone, there is nothing going on.

I am not sure what else to do, but SPRINT has told me that my phone is fine.

Look forward to any other information you can supply.

Many thanks,

Terry

So you are running B2TR?
After you removed ActiveSync, did you reboot before reinstalling it?
What OS is on your phone?
