Outlook 2007 B2TR

I have been using Beta 2 for a while and now i have just installed B2TR and i
am having a problem with Outlook.

When ever i open my email the delete option and move to folder option is
disabled and the opened email window says read only...does any one has any
idea as in to enable the delete and move to folder option.

Any help would be greatly appreaciated
