Outlook 2007 - Archive Backup Folder

TJ

My C drive is almost full and I am trying to move as many folders and files
over to my external drive. My Archive folder I created to back up all my
incoming and outgoing emails is at 3Gs and growing. This folder is in my C
drive. Is there a way to point this archive folder currently in my C drvie
to my external harddrive? This way it is not taking up any room in on my C
drive. If there is a way, what are the steps?

Thank you
TJ

In Outlook, close the archive pst file.
Then use Windows explorer to move it. When you've moved it, go back to
outlook and do File-Open-Outlook Data File and navigate to where you put it.

Tools>Options>Other>AutoArchive. Change the path to the archive PST.
