Outlook 2007 and Yahoo Contacts

How do I go about importing the contacts I have in my email account with
Yahoo? Outlook found an old contacts file from another email address book as
it does not include over 100 contacts. Please Help.

Export them from Yaoo's contacts and import them into Outlook.
