Outlook 2003 works ok when owner account is used but when
I try using it on 2nd account I get the following
messages then it closes.
This 2nd account is the account I used to install
an extension failed to intialize. can't open file: extend
dat. The file may not exist, you may not have permission
to open it, or it may be open in another program. Right-
click the folder that contains the file, and then click
properties to check your permissions for the folder. You
don't have appropriate permission to perform this
opperation.
Unable to open your default e-mail folders. File asscess
is denied. You do not have the permission required to
access the file C:\documents and settings\name\local
setings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst
