Outlook 2003

I am having problem with my outlook 2003. Everytime I open
outlook I am getting this message:

Internet Security Warning

The server you are connected to is using a security
certificate that could not be verified.

A certificate chain processed, but terminated ina root
certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.

Do you want to continue using the server?

YES or NO

I do not know what to do. Everytime I click yes or no, I
get disconnected from the server and can't get or send
emails properly. I am a home user, using Earthlink cable
modem as my server. I had been using Outlook Express
without this problem happening.

Have you tried removing & readding the account that connects to Earthlink's
server?
