Outlook 2003 with contact manager

When I try to delete contacts in my address book I get the message: COULD NOT
INITIALIZE CLR UNKNOWN ERROR 0x01315a. I have windows xp.
Please advise.

Never manipulate contacts via the Address Book interface. Open the Contacts
folder where they reside and manipulate them there.
