Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager

Business Contact manager will not install. Error: Setup
failed to configure the server, refer to server error log
and setup log for more information."

I have tried KB 840018, but it does not change the result.

The error log states: SQL Server is terminating due
to 'stop' request.

The Server log states: SQL Server configuration failed.
Data source name not found and no default driver
specified.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem and cannot find a solution. Can
anyone help? I have tried the suggestions in KB 840018,
but that did not help.

I have just successfully installed Office 2003 over
Office 2000, but the BCM will not install. Same error
message as below. I am running it on a Windows XP Pro
machine.
