outlook 2003 - window size - notes?

David Bell

When I initiate a "new note" --- I get a very small window to enter the data
(about 2"x2".) I can resize that window by "dragging" the bottom right
corner of this small "window" --- to result in a larger window for data
entry.

When I double click a note that I previously created --- it comes up in the
small (2"x2")window view --- which I can also "resize" --- by dragging the
bottom right corner of that window.

Is there an "option" whereby I can have the notes open in a full screen
view --- rather than having to "expand" them --- every time?

Thanks.

To resize the window, open a new note and maximize it. Then, close it using
the Shift + X in the upper right hand corner. The next time you open a new
note, it should open maximized.

Thanks, Milly, for your suggestion. I do appreciate it.

--- on another point --- Do you happen to know if there is a "size
limitation" on a "note" created in Outlook 2003?

I tried to "copy" a file that was created in Notepad (Microsoft) into a new
"note" within Outlook. About the first 700 lines were fine --- but then
the balance was truncated. I could not seem to add any additional
characters in the "note" unless I deleted some of the characters that were
already there.

Is there a "size constraint" in any one "note" within Outlook 2003?

Thanks for any comments you or others can share.

David
