Outlook 2003 upgrade

Upgraded to OL 2003 to resolve a problem created by my son. He created a
second inbox named "Hotmail inbox" and all his mail is delivered there
instead of to the default inbox folder.

How can I transfer the emails to the inbox folder?

How can I get rid of the Hotmail Inbox folders? It also has deleted, junk,
and sent folders. Is it just a matter of deleting the data files for
Hotmail? If I do that will OUtlook send and receive emails thru the default
folders?

Thanks, Bill

Open the source folder, select all the items with CTRL-A, then drag them to
the destination folder.

You have to remove the Hotmail account. Hotmail, being an HTTP account,
keeps its messages on the server and so gets its own folder set. There's
nothing wrong with having a POP account and a Hotmail account. Your POP
messages will com into your default folders and the Hotmail messages will
remain in the Hotmail folders.
