Outlook 2003 Transport issues

Rich Hall

I have outlook 2003.
2 email accounts,
smtp and Exchange

I've never had a problem with 2002 or 2000 machines, but the new 2003
machine does not select the transport properly
when responding to emails...

Regardless of where the email is coming from, it's saying 'email will be
sent via microsoft exchange server.' when replying to an
internet email.

I've changed the transport order in email accounts, but it doesn't seem to
help.

Please help!

Others have reported this as well. I use the "Accounts" button next to
"Send" on the tool bar of the Compose window.

That's what I've been doing as well, not easy to tell the CEO of a company
his old email worked better than the
new one after we just paid for upgrades.

Lol.

Normally, Exchange and POP/SMTP do not reside in the same profile. When they
do, Exchange will always take over.
