Can anyone help me, I have just setup my Outlook 2003 to send and receive
emails via my bt internet email address. The program has not updated the sub
folders which I have created when I normally use my email account online, how
can I do this?? I have an iphone and this automatically syncs or configures
itself with my online email account no problem!
Thanks

Synchronizing local client (MS Outlook 2003) folders with server folders can
only be done with IMAP, or HTTPMail (Windows Live Hotmail) accounts. If you
are accessing a POP3 server there is no way to synchronize the folders.
