Outlook 2003, suggest names in to: field option

Hi,

We have outlook 2003 running on exchange 2000. A few users have the
following problem: Even if the "Suggest names while completing..." option is
checked, the function works only during one session of outlook. When they
close outlook, they "loose" the names they have entered before in the to or
cc fields. Deployment of office 2003 was the same for everybody. Any ideas?
tks

You usually have to create a new profile from scratch to repair the
connection between the profile and its autocompletion cache.

Creating a new profile does fix the problem but as this has happened to many
users, I wonder if there is another way to do that? tks.

I've not seen any other cases of this happening repeatedly. What information
store and transports are you using?
