Outlook 2003 (Spam Blocker)

I just installed Office 2003 last week, Spam Blocker
seemed to be working fine. Now it is stuck on 8 messages
blocked and does not seem to be blocking any more. When I
first go to Outlook is says "0 messages blocked" aafter
about 2 seconds it goes to 8 messages blocked. What to do?

No need to ask so many times.

Is "Spam Blocker" an add-in you have, because Outlook's built in SPAM filter
is called the Junk E-mail Filter.
