Outlook 2003 SP2 sending File attachments

When sending an attached PDF or JPG file any size the receiving partys are
getting a win.dat file rather than the origional PDF or JPG. I tried the
same thing with Outlook Express and did not have the problem. This issue
only started a few months ago. Never had the problem before. Is there a
security setting I am overlooking???
