Outlook 2003, sounds

After reinstalling Word 2002, I seem to have lost some of the sounds associated with Outlook 2003, including but not exclusively the 'whoosh' when new mail is sent. In addition, the sound associated with a deleted task, etc. I've checked 'sounds' in 'control panel' and there is nothing to click on/off for these items, just 'new mail notification', which still works fine

These aren't specific Outlook 2003 sounds. You can set sounds for closing
windows and emptying the recycle bin. You can set these in the Control Panel
liek you mentioned yourself already.

Hi Scott, I'm still fine. 50/50 for visiting our little country? Cool!

Anyway; again, the sound options you are describing are not from Outlook
itself. You probably had a sound scheme that reacted on opening and closing
of windows set up

Hey Roady, hoe gaat het ?

I did a repair from the Outlook 03 CD, that didn't work either. This is

not a huge issue so I'm not sweating it but still.....it's infuriating that
little things like this happen.
