If you have a Tablet PC you can do it - also if you are using a Wacom or other tablet for handwriting. Otherwise, there is no native method for inserting a handwritten signature. You are free to use your favorite search engine to discover if something like this has been written as an add-in. On-Sign used to do this but they folded.
