Outlook 2003 Signature Block

How do you make a signature block (i.e. company logo or core values) apperar
at the top of the email instead of the bottom?

Use Autotext instead then you can insert it (manually) anywhere.

This only works if I uncheck "Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail
messages". But if you do this you can't right click on the signature block
and change the signature selection.

Autotext will work with Word as the editor. You use the Word Autotext
feature.
Naturally, you wont' get the signature right-click choice because you aren't
using a signature. Instead you have the choice of inserting ANY Autotext you
wish which makes that signature choice redundant.
If you don't know how to use Word's Autotext then I suggest you look in the
Help files.
